**Revocable Learned State via Process Sidecars**

A new paper addresses the difficulty of revoking memory in LLMs after safety layers are applied. It proposes a method using 'Process Sidecars' to decouple the model's state from safety refusals, allowing specific learned memories to be revoked even after safety training phases.
