腾讯Hy团队开源了Hy3模型，这是一个295B参数的MoE（混合专家）大模型，激活参数仅21B，并包含3.8B的MTP层参数。该模型采用Apache 2.0许可。此前Hy3 Preview已在4月底发布，团队收集了50多个产品的反馈。开发者可直接下载使用，进行商业或研究部署。

**Tencent Open-Sources Hy3: 295B MoE Model with 21B Active Parameters**

Tencent's Hy team has open-sourced Hy3, a 295B-parameter MoE model with only 21B active parameters and a 3.8B MTP layer, under the Apache 2.0 license. Following the Hy3 Preview launch in late April, the team incorporated feedback from over 50 products. Developers can now freely use Hy3 for commercial or research purposes.
