Claude Code 发布 v2.1.285。新增 CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_WEB_FETCH 环境变量，可关闭 WebFetch 工具；新增 claude --desktop 命令，可在当前目录或用 --continue / --resume 打开 Claude 桌面应用；新增 claude plugin configure 命令，用于查看插件选项以及哪些未被使用。对需要控制网络访问或在终端与桌面端之间切换的开发者直接有用。

**Claude Code v2.1.285 Adds WebFetch Disable Flag and Desktop Command**

Claude Code released v2.1.285. It adds a CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_WEB_FETCH environment variable to turn off the WebFetch tool, a claude --desktop command to open the Claude desktop app on the current directory or on a session via --continue / --resume, and a claude plugin configure command to show a plugin's options and which are unused. Directly useful for developers who need to control network access or switch between terminal and desktop.
