**Anthropic Donates Agent Skills Standard to Linux Foundation's AAIF**

Anthropic announced it is donating the Agent Skills standard to the Agentic AI Foundation (AAIF) under the Linux Foundation, which Anthropic co-founded with Block and OpenAI. The company said the move keeps Agent Skills open, community-driven and vendor-neutral. Developers can now build Agent skills against a single standard that works across vendors.
