**Moonshot Releases Kimi K3.1 Pro, Promises Full Weights by Nov 4, 2026**

Kimi K3.1 Pro is now available on the Kimi API. It is not yet open weights, but Moonshot promises full model weights will be released by Nov 4, 2026. A Highspeed version runs 2-3x faster at twice the price, except for input token cache hits. Developers can call the model through the API today, with the Highspeed tier aimed at latency-sensitive workloads.
