**Replit Lets Non-Engineers Ship Ideas into the Company Codebase**

Replit writes that since launching the first generally available coding agent in 2024, almost anyone can build an app—but changing a company's core product remains out of reach for people outside engineering, a bottleneck that has grown as more people build. The people who know what should change often aren't in engineering, and Replit aims to let them bring ideas directly into the company codebase.
