**OpenAI and ServiceNow Expand Partnership Across Enterprise Workflows**

OpenAI and ServiceNow are expanding their partnership to bring OpenAI models and agents into ServiceNow, and ServiceNow workflows into ChatGPT and Codex. Enterprise users will be able to invoke OpenAI capabilities inside ServiceNow and trigger ServiceNow processes from ChatGPT and Codex. For organizations already on ServiceNow, existing workflows can now connect directly to OpenAI's models.
